volunteer campaign opportunities
A municipal campaign runs on volunteer hours more than any other input. Every door knocked, every call placed, and every sign delivered is a volunteer's afternoon. If you have a few hours a week, there is a role that fits.
Where the campaign needs help
- Door-to-door canvassing: Evenings and weekends in your own neighbourhood.
- Phone banking: Weekday evenings, from home or from the campaign office once it opens.
- Event support: Setup, greeting, teardown at community events and candidate forums.
- Sign delivery and pickup: Vehicle useful but not required.
- Data entry and follow-up: Entering canvass results, tracking volunteer availability, coordinating callbacks.
- Skilled help: Graphic design, photography, video editing, accounting. If you have a professional skill and want to donate the time, the campaign will find a use for it.
